these antique pictures are from photographic postcards produced around the turn of
the 19th/20th century. They are all from the collection of Michael Head, a well known
postcard collector from Burnham-

Here you can see St. Mary's Church and the Promenade park in Maldon. The Latchingdon picture is of the old post office. The ploughing (below) is being done by 2 women, which was common in those days.

Here we can sea sheep being driven through the main road in Asheldham. The 2 pictures of Bradwell show the School and some of its inhabitants.
